I came across this interesting segment while watching the CBS Sunday Morning Show. The piece was produced by John Blackstone. In the segment, Mr. Blackstone describes that while America continues to attract a lot of talented students from around the world, keeping these students in the US after graduation is not as easy as it used to be.
