Ailin Castro is a Legal Assistant and Billing Manager at the Law Office of Myriam Sanchez Hildenbrand. She is a native New Yorker who holds an Associate’s Degree from Kingsborough Community College. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies and Hispanic Studies at New York City College of Technology. Ailin is the daughter of Mexican immigrants and is passionate about helping hard-working immigrants achieve their American Dream. Ailin enjoys music and spending time with her French bulldog. Ailin is fluent in Spanish.

Omar A. Cortes is a paralegal at the Law Office of Myriam Sanchez Hildenbrand. He is a born and raised New Yorker, from Brooklyn born to immigrant parents. Omar is a native Spanish speaker and has an understanding of the French language. Omar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Omar has several years experience helping immigrants and newly-arrived migrants.  Omar is passionate about humanitarian-based immigration and helping those in removal proceedings. Omar’s passion stems from working at the Asylum Application Help Center (AAHC) recipient of the ABA’s 2024 Hodson award—where he helped over 500 asylum seekers file for Asylum, TPS, and/or work permits and SIJ. Omar enjoys hikes, coffee, and updating his Spotify playlist.
